1. Shop-wide default for new items
This changes the starting GST for new items. Items you already created keep their own GST %. Change those one by one.

Each bill line takes the item’s GST %. An item at 0% stays 0%. You can also change GST % on a single bill line, from 0% to 28%. A new empty line starts at 0% until you pick the item. Check the CGST and SGST in the Sales Summary before saving.
