Memo (approval)
A memo is for jewellery given on approval. For example, a family takes three bangles home to choose one.
Menu: Daily Counter → Memo
The list tracks Sold Fine (pure gold sold) and Pending Pcs (pieces still out).
New memo
Scan tags in Scan Tag, or use Add Item. Each row has Item *, Qty *, Gross Wt *, Stone Wt, Net Wt *, Purity, Purity % * and Pure Wt. Click Save.
Set a Due Date so you remember to follow up on pieces that are out.
