Payment modes
Menu: Accounts → Finance → Payment Mode
Four modes are ready for you:
The posting rule decides when the money is posted to the ledger. Immediate posts it straight away.
Add a payment mode
Fill Name *, Payment Type *, Posting Rule * (Immediate), Types *, Reference Required and Description. Under Ledger Mappings, choose the Default Ledger *. Click Save.
If UPI money comes into your IOB account, set the UPI mode’s Default Ledger to that bank ledger.
