Ledger groups

Groups arrange your ledgers under Assets, Liabilities, Income, Expenses and Equity. A full set is already made for you.

Menu: Accounts → Finance → Ledger Group

Ledger Groups

The list shows Group Name, Parent Group, Type, Subtype and Status. For example, Bank Accounts and Cash-in-Hand sit under Assets, and Sundry Creditors under Liabilities. Click Add Group to add your own.

Ledgers

A ledger is one account, such as Cash, Customers or Hallmark Charges Income.

Menu: Accounts → Finance → Ledger

Click Create Ledger.
