# Memo (approval)

> Give jewellery to a customer or dealer on approval and track what is sold and what is still out.

A memo is for jewellery given on approval. For example, a family takes three bangles home to choose one.

**Menu:** Daily Counter → Memo

The list tracks **Sold Fine** (pure gold sold) and **Pending Pcs** (pieces still out).

| Memo No                 | Filled in, for example MEMO0001 |
| Parties \*              | Who takes the jewellery         |
| Due Date                | When it should come back        |
| Remarks                 | Any note                        |
| Does this affect stock? | Ticked by default               |

Scan tags in **Scan Tag**, or use **Add Item**. Each row has Item \*, Qty \*, Gross Wt \*, Stone Wt, Net Wt \*, Purity, Purity % \* and Pure Wt. Click **Save**.
