Payments, jewel loans, ledger print, and empty lists

### New

* **Delete payments.** You can delete a payment from the list or the payment view. You confirm first. Bill adjustments and ledger postings are reversed, and the delete cannot be undone.
* **Delete loans and repayments.** Active jewel loans and repayments can be deleted after you confirm. Deleting a repayment also removes the receipt linked to that repayment.
* **Edit rate on an open loan.** On an open jewel loan, you can change the interest rate before repayments start. The new rate applies to interest not yet paid, and the change is noted on the loan.
* **Ledger statement print.** Print or download a ledger statement as a PDF. The file includes the full filtered result, not only the rows on the current page.

### Improved

* **Ticket date range filter.** Support tickets can be filtered by a date range on desktop and mobile. The selected range shows as a filter chip and clears with the other filters.
* **Clearer empty lists.** Shop and Super Admin lists now show the same empty state when there are no records, so it is easier to see that a search or filter found nothing.
* **Scheme closure lock date.** Saving scheme closure is now a lock-date module. You can lock entries by closure date, the same way as other transactions.
* **Shop details on printed PDFs.** Printed PDFs can use the shop name, GST, PAN, mobile, email and website from the client profile in the document header.
* **PDF template preview.** In Super Admin, PDF template and component previews open in a sandboxed frame on the Preview tab. The preview reloads only when the HTML changes.
