## 1.0.10 — Jewel Loan limit override, top-up numbering and list refresh

### New

* **Exceed eligible loan amount with a reason.** Users with the new 'exceed eligible amount' permission can disburse or top up above the eligible limit, even at zero headroom. A reason is mandatory, saved on the record and written to the audit log.
* **Top-up numbers and series.** Every Jewel Loan top-up now gets its own number (default JLTU-0001) from a Top-up series. Pick the series on the top-up form, manage series under Transaction Series, and see the number in the list and exports.
* **Delete a top-up.** A top-up can be deleted from the Top-up list (delete-loan-topups permission). Only the latest top-up on an Active loan with no later repayment can be removed; the loan principal and accounting entries are reversed.
* **Saving scheme insight reports.** New saving scheme insight reports, and stricter payment checks when receipts are entered against a scheme.

### Improved

* **Jewel Loan and Top-up lists match the Sales list.** Loan Lists and Top-ups now use the same compact header, button order, table size, totals row and mobile cards as the Sales list. Top-up dates now show correctly as 08 Oct 2026 instead of a raw timestamp.
* **Top-up screen clean-up.** The Cancel button now shows a cross instead of a back arrow, the duplicate back button is gone from the header, and the Eligible badge and messages explain the override case.
* **Numeric ordering for document numbers.** Top-ups, parties, support tickets and support tasks now also store the number as a plain sequence, so lists sort 9, 10, 11 correctly instead of alphabetically.
* **Loan limits and stock settings.** New admin settings for jewel loan limits (such as the maximum top-up as a percentage of appraisal) and for stock management.
* **Ornament item HSN and GST checks relaxed.** The HSN and GST validation on ornament items in the item master is no longer enforced, so items can be saved without being blocked.
