### Fixed

* **Customize Columns button no longer requires SUPER_ADMIN.** The 'Customize visible fields' button on all admin pages (Purchase, Sales, Items, Jewel Loan, Tags, Parties, Vouchers, Estimations, etc.) incorrectly required SUPER_ADMIN. It now uses 'customize-columns' or 'displayed-columns-all-users' permissions.

### Improved

* **Customize Fields button visible in edit mode on Old Jewel Purchase popup.** The Customize Fields button in the Old Jewel Purchase popup was only shown when creating a new entry. It now also appears when editing an existing record.
* **Optional table columns cleanly removed from DOM when hidden.** Optional columns (Stone Weight, Purity %, Pure Weight, Calc By, Discount, Remarks) in the Old Jewel Purchase popup table are now fully removed from the DOM using @if instead of being hidden with CSS, preventing empty column gaps.
