# Purchase reports

> Purchase Summary and Item Wise Purchase.

## Purchase Summary

**Menu:** Reports → Purchase Reports → Purchase Summary

Purchases by period. Cards show **Total Purchases**, **Bills**, **Total GST** and **Avg / Bill**. **Group By** (Daily shown) sets the period. Columns: Period, Bills, Qty, Gross Wt, Taxable, Tax, Avg / Bill and Grand Total.

## Item Wise Purchase

**Menu:** Reports → Purchase Reports → Item Wise Purchase

Purchases per item with Bills, Qty, Gross Wt, Net Wt, Taxable, Tax and Grand Total. Filter by **Category** and **Metal**, or search by item.

Both reports use **Date Preset** or **Custom Date Range**, then **Apply**.
