# Loan notices

> Send reminder notices to jewel loan customers.

**Menu:** Jewel Loan → Loan Lifecycle → Loan Notices

The list shows Loan / Customer, Notice Type, Delivery Mode, Due Amount, Deadline, Status, Created On and Updated On.

Click **Generate Notice**.

| Field                | What to enter                                            |
| -------------------- | -------------------------------------------------------- |
| Select Loans \*      | One or more loans                                        |
| Notice Type \*       | For example Reminder                                     |
| Delivery Mode \*     | For example Post                                         |
| Due Amount (₹)       | Leave blank to fill from each loan's outstanding balance |
| Response Deadline \* | Date to respond by                                       |
| Notice Content \*    | The notice text                                          |

Click **Generate Notice**.
