# Insurance

> Record insurance policies for pledged jewels.

**Menu:** Jewel Loan → Loan Lifecycle → Insurance Management

The list shows Policy No, Insurer, Loan ID, Value, Expiry and Status.

## New policy

Click **New Policy**.

| -------------------------------------------- | ---------------------- |
| Loan ID \*                                   | The loan being insured |
| Policy Number \*                             | From the policy        |
| Insurer Name \*                              | The insurance company  |
| Insured Value (₹) \* / Premium Amount (₹) \* | Cover and premium      |
| Coverage Type \*                             | For example Fire       |
| Status \*                                    | Active                 |
| Start Date \* / End Date \*                  | Policy period          |

Click **Save**.
