# Loyalty

> Reward regular customers with points they earn on purchases and redeem on future bills.

### Tiers

Click **Add Tier** for levels like Silver, Gold and Platinum. Each has Level, Code, Name, Qualify Threshold, Earn Multiplier, Redemption Value/Pt, Max Redeem %, and Birthday, Anniversary and Referral points.

### Earn rules

Click **Add Rule** to say how points are earned: Rule Name, Source, Apply On, Scope, Purity, Earn Mode, Value, Min Line Amt, Max Pts/Bill, Start and End.

**Example:** With redemption value ₹1 per point, a customer with 500 points can take ₹500 off a bill.

Click **Save**.

## Members

Search loyalty members to see their points.
