Each module has its own numbering. The list shows Module, Series Name, Prefix, Next Number, Reset and Status. Some examples:

| Module | Prefix | Next number |
| ------------------ | ------ | ----------- |
| Sales | SAL | SAL0001 |
| Sales Order | SO | SO0001 |
| Purchase | PUR | PUR0001 |
| Receipt | RCT | RCT0001 |
| Payment | PAY | PAY0001 |
| Jewel Loan | JL- | JL-0001 |
| Old Jewel Purchase | OJP | OJP0001 |

Most series show **FINANCIAL_YEAR** under Reset, so numbering starts again from 0001 every financial year (1 April). Repledge Release shows NONE.
